It has to be earned, and comes with passage of time. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It is the foundational principle that holds all relationships. If we can have 3 persons in our life we can trust upon fully and always, we can consider ourselves luckiest person in the whole world.

In my view, through the lenses of human resource managers and leaders, the simplest definition of green (GHRM) could be – “A set of actions that stimulate the green behaviours of people in an organization in order to create an environmentally sensitive, resource-efficient, and socially responsible organization is called Green Human Resources Management (GHRM)!”

The general assumption goes that the workspace must have all the convenience of telephone, desktop, and filing cabinets for smooth business operation, while Canteen, located centrally, is merely to provide catering services. Conversely, in this fast-evolving, vibrant globe, the definition of office is changing continuously. All spaces available in every nook and cranny of the organization are utilized for multiple purposes of doing business. The synergy of workstation and food station is similarly being used interchangeably.
