The 12th edition continues this tradition, and I commend the editorial team for their consistent efforts in bringing engaging content that resonates with the realities of our professional lives.

This edition’s theme, “Evolving Leadership: Thriving in a Dynamic Landscape”, resonates deeply with us in the HR fraternity, especially within the unique context of India’s oil and gas sector. Ours is an industry where scale, complexity, operational challenges, and technological transformation coexist and people remain at the heart of it all.
