Submission Guidelines

HR Vista aims to transmit diverse intellectual capabilities and share people-centric practices with fellow corporates and academia.
Do you wish to contribute to HR Vista’s mission of knowledge dissemination in an upcoming edition? If yes, here is a chance for you to get featured!

Content guidelines:

  • Write-ups must be unique, well-organized and high-quality, weaving around a central theme related to the workplace, workforce, and workers.
  • Contributions are also welcome on our quarterly focused themes. 
  • The submissions may be in the form of articles, op-eds, case studies, book reviews, white papers, anecdotes, trivia etc.
  • Submissions must be backed by reference, claim, quote or acknowledgement with evidence or link to the original source.
  • We do not publish articles that promote any product, service or make any reference to anything commercial.
  • We also do not publish articles that are  plagiarised and/or of low quality.

Submission guidelines:

  • The manuscript must be 500-4000 words long
  • A 150 to 250 words abstract of the manuscript may be provided. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
  • 4 to 6 keywords related to the article need to be provided for Search Engine Optimization purposes.

Submission process:

  • Through website-
    • Register on the website
    • Once the registration has been approved, Sign In
    • Click on ‘HR Vista Dashboard’ ‘Posts’ ‘Add New Post’
    • After adding the necessary details, click on ‘Publish’ button
  • Alternately, contributions may be sent to editor@hrvista.in complete with the following details –
    • Author Information- Name, Organization, E-Mail, Photo, Short Bio, LinkedIn Profile
    • Abstract of the writeup followed by Main Content
    • Keywords for Search Engine optimization purpose

Publication Process:

  • If the submission meets our requirements, we will send you a confirmation email. Also, a link will be sent to you via email post-publication
  • If the article requires refinement, it will be notified to the author and the author may send it back to us after revising
  • In case of rejection of submission, the same will also be notified to the author

Kindly Note:

  • The Editorial Board reserves the right to make minor changes to your submissions without prior notice. Changes may include addition/ omission of content.
