Human Resource is a unique function which is “of the employees, by the employees and for the employees”. This publication is a celebration of the democratic uniqueness of HR function that cuts across all domains, industries, hierarchies to be a true voice of HR. It, thus aims to inspire and challenge our perspectives leading to all round excellence and innovation in the realm of Human Resources.
