The demands of our industry—marked by sheer scale, operational intensity, a high degree of specialisation, inherent safety challenges, and the need for uninterrupted energy supply—require a highly motivated workforce. It is here that holistic well-being becomes an organisational responsibility, calling for both HR stewardship and collective participation.
